Fees and Payment Policy
We provide dental services for children, adults and seniors.
We are a conservative dental office with a patient centered philosophy of care. We provide cost-efficient and high quality service. Our fees follow for the greatest part the recommendations of the B.C. College of Dental Surgeons Fee Guide. We pride ourselves in the work we do. We are loyal to our clients and we hope to serve them for many years to come.
- FREE CONSULTATIONS for cosmetic treatments.
- COURTESY to our patients, we accept direct payment from most dental insurance plans. Be familiar with your dental plan. Understanding YOUR plan coverage in partnership with our office will help you avoid surprise costs. Most dental plans cover a percentage of the dental treatment cost. Any cost not covered by the dental plan is called co-payment and it remains the responsibility of the patient. We are LEGALLY and ETHICALLY required to collect the co-payment from our patients. Payments are accepted in cash, debit and credit cards: Visa, Master Card and American Express. Payments are due in full at the time when the dental treatments / services are rendered.
- NO EMERGENCY FEE added to services provided to our patients outside regular office hours. Please note that we attend to emergencies outside regular hours ONLY for our own patients.
- PAYMENT PLANS: on credit secured by Patient Link Finance or pre-paid
We constantly receive inquiries and requests for payment plans. In order to make our services more accessible we accept payments from credit institutions such as Patient Link Finance on behalf of our patients. Patient Link offers installment payments with interest free options to qualifying clients. Alternatively, PRE-PAID PAYMENT PLANS are an option: the patient enters an agreement for monthly payments made before the treatment commencement in order to cover the cost for that service.
The schedule: by appointment only. Changes or cancellations with less than 2 business days notice are subject to a fee of $75.00/ hour. It is the patient’s responsibility to remember his/her appointment. Kindly, understand that appointment reminders are a courtesy and not an obligation.
